Berger
Realty Group was incorporated in Farmington Hills, Michigan in
1987
and
is devoted to construction and property development.
Over the years, they have developed and managed property in Florida,
Kentucky, Indiana and numerous locations throughout
Michigan.
The firm is developing two championship golf course communities with
over 300 homes each, as well as a lakefront community of over 60
luxury custom homes.
Other projects include a large-scale condominium conversion,
the construction of
a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility, improvements
in various office properties totaling over 250,000 square feet and
residential subdivisions in Plymouth Township, Birmingham, and Bloomfield Hills.
BRG
Custom Homes, a subsidiary of Berger Realty Group, is
developing custom homes at the Polo Fields in Ann Arbor which is a
golf course community around which 320 homes will be built.
The final phase, The Gallery at the Polo Fields, is now under
development.
BRG Custom Homes is also building homes at Riverside Place in
Birmingham and Dourdan Place in Bloomfield Hills.
These two subdivisions consist of a total of 26 home sites.
The model home built in Dourdan Place has received a
National/Regional award and a local award from the Building Industry
Association of Southeastern Michigan.
A hallmark of BRG Custom Homes is that the principals
are very selective in choosing their building sites. "We look
for something that sets the site apart such as rolling hills,
woodlands, parklands, a lake or golf course. The subdivisions we are
involved in are the places where we would want to live
ourselves."
