If this does not address the problem, and the situation is covered in your warranty, simply contact BRG Custom Homes and we promise to respond promptly. After receiving your request, we’ll take appropriate action, as outlined in the warranty, including repair or replacement, if applicable.

Items covered under manufacturer or supplier warranty are not specifically covered by BRG Custom Homes. However, for the first year, we’ll assist you in obtaining service if you are unable to do so directly with the supplier or manufacturer.
